1) Approval Of Agenda
Motion to approve agenda: Dustin McIlwain

2) Landscaping / Beutification
Review bids received for remainder of term and discuss based on scope of work.

4) Nominations/Vote for Directors at Large
None
5) Councillor Keith Riel
- Update regarding the construction projects in area.
- Update regarding Paul Bennet building coming 2020.
6) New Business
- Movie Night expansion to include a long table dinner on other half of the street Janet to
spear head project to be planned more broadly in 2020
- Lighting Project great movement waiting on the City link for donations to begin, VBIA
has committed to $16,000.00 which is a huge sum for our budget which will deplete our
funds surplus significantly however this is a project we believe will make our
neighbourhood all the better and safer as a whole.
- Special thank you to Reggie s for providing food for our meeting.
7) Other Business
- VBIA looking for a new event to be spearhead by someone in the neighbourhood (No volunteers will
discuss again)
- VBIA looking for someone to spearhead the sponsorships for events (No volunteers will discuss
again)
7) Set Date for Next Board Meeting January 15, 2020
October 17th at 6:30pm Ashburnham Ale House.
